While Mildy did our taxes for about 10 years, most of the time she was spot on. One time, her software though, according to her, calculated our taxes wrong and we almost ended up with a "car payment". Things happen. What is really disappointing though is when Mildy herself agrees to having made a mistake and then completely stops communicating without a way to rectify the situation. It was a costly mistake that she had made. I wish her all the best regardless.
