I received my Risperdal lawsuit claim and received just under 300 bucks.. the case was right up there with the kid that got 72 million... the person the prescribed it lied and said they didn't. Took quite awhile to track down proof I did. I missed 4 years of school due to anxiety from said problem it caused.. just to find out another law firm just got my friend 60k in his pocket for a the same lawsuit and his was no where near as bad as mine... it's like they didn't even try.

The company itself isn't that bad they hardly reply to their clients like most law firms but their contractors they use to do payment is horrible kroll administration makes this law firm look horrible and ill never use them again or referr this compnay to anyone due to my experience with milbergs contractors
I dont need to explain anything in this post half the people took the words right out my mouth . It's been 7 years dealing with a case and was offered $675 settlement no call backs no one stays in touch just recently started emailing me back December of last yr to pressure me into settlement for 675 or the case will be thrown out I really wldnt recommend this lawfirm handling any type of cases for me THEY ALSO CHANGED NAMES FOE A REASON IT WAS NEVER (MILBERG "
I settled my class action case over a year ago and have still not got paid !! Going on 7 years now I was told by many lawyers the worst case would be 6 months after settlement !! For the last year I’m being told they are searching for leans ! I was also told that when you take a loan out on your settlement the attorneys will work with the loan company stall it as long as possible to take my money and gets kick back ! This is defentley fraud . The law firm name has changed probly for misconduct . Complete nightmare
