This Spa is a hard sell and will not allow any refunds for service never rendered. THIS IS A BIG RED FLAG AND CLIENTS NEED TO BE MADE AWARE BEFORE GIVING YOUR CREDIT CARD. You must ask yourself why this is the policy? Please go someplace else where you have right to change your mind. The spa itself is cute but the policy's are a HUGE CONCERN.
