Very poor service and advice. Very rude receptionist and contradicts what the elderly lady “psychologist” says about policies and patients which can be accepted. Awful reception services. Makes suggestions to keep patients troubled so they may have more appointments. Elderly lady causes PTSD with her comments and suggestions.

I got a lot more from this class than just alcohol abuse treatment, it also helped me understand my anxiety more. The ladies are very cheerful when I came in and it was a great experience.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Milani Services. They always helped point me in the right direction and Sandra was extremely helpful in helping me with everything I needed. Great place to go and all of the staff are amazing people.
Terrible experiences over multiple years. All of the material is outdated by 15 years. The head counselor can barely read. Whole shop is a joke. Expect you to learn from a 20 year old news recording and a couple CBT packets printed from 15 years prior. The shop is a weak cash grab attempt at the poor people mandated to use their services. The lack of competition for dui services has bred what you see here. Absolutely. Despicable. They need to be shut down
