If I can give 0 I would have, The communication with this establishment is terrible especially Lindsay. I use them only for my sales tax and CAT filings. I got a letter from the attorney General That I owe 1150$ for not filing the Cat tax for 2018. I have email proof that I sent her in 2018 to file it and she didn't. I contacted her to file it been month no reply to my emails I have to make several phone calls for her to reply, at the end I did it myself , and I found out that she forgot to file my sales tax for 2024 period ... read more

I had a great experience with Lindsay, she was fantastic to work with. As a first time business owner she answered any and all questions I had, made things easy and gave me some great tips to make next tax season easier! She was very pleasant and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what I was doing! I will definitely use Milam's services again.
On a referral I used Milam's Tax service the past 3 years (2021, 2022, & 2023) things started off well, however I noticed that I did not get my state tax return in 2021, since it was minimal I didn't follow up. Then in 2022 it happened again and I called the office and left voice mails with no call back. For the 2023 tax year I tried doing the taxes myself, however due to previous years filing issues I ran into several obstacles so I had no choice but to see if Milam could help address the issues.
