First time I went here the lady at the window was not familiar with a vehicle title or the process and pricing she tried to charge me over $400 and was rude I was so upset I had to leave and come back the next day and speak with a different lady that actually knew what she was being paid to do and she knew exactly what to do and I only paid $135 the following day after speaking with a younger dark haired girl who was very polite and professional and quick!
