Very rude and unprofessional. I call to ask some questions about a payment I had made in November of 2023 and she then told me that my last payment was in March of 2023, and as I was telling her that was incorrect, she started talking over me because I was disagreeing with her. I would ask a question and she kept repeating herself or giving me information I wasn’t asking for just to talk over me. I have used this County Office in TX before, for a trailer permit, but today they were closed all week for some reason (Monday was the designated Veterans Day holiday). So, I am off to the Cameron office instead today.
