Recently, I sent a fax to the Milam County Precinct 3 Justice-of-the-Peace Court's listed fax number (512-446-3098), along with ALL the required paperwork to obtain permission to enroll in a defensive driving course (I have a copy of the fax). A month after that fax was sent, I received a letter from their office stating that there was an outstanding balance due on my citation and that if it was not paid, a warrant would be issued for my arrest. Be prepared to be yelled at by Francisca Sorola, highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Refused to provide any information for required driving course for traffic violation for months along with being nearly impossible to get a hold of. They not to get a ticket in this country but good luck with that because of their nonsense spending traps.

I had my son's work at a gentleman's house and he did not want to pay me The Justice of peace was very accommodating and helped me with the paperwork seamlessly thank you so much

Staff was helpful and courteous, which allowed me to take care of my business there promptly!
