They won't respond to emails at all, you have to call them several times to MAYBE get the information you are trying to get. Also they told me they would send me a letter in the mail that'd arrive after about a week so I can take my driver safety course and get my ticket cleared. It's been 22 days and I have received nothing, not even an email or a phone call. The government totally sucks.
