I called what turned out to be their phone number because someone responded to my business listing and that was the phone number they gave me. Debbie hung up on me before I finished my first sentence, which I found to be very rude. She could have just said "You have the wrong number."
The one star is because the staff was “nice” not because of the information process or products. This was my first experience, the staff was very kind and professional, I left feeling great but was very soon disappointed. Since this was my first experience with prosthetics, I didn’t know there were multiple options available — and unfortunately, no one explained that to me.
