This credit union is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend anybody do business with them. They don’t give you any information and they don’t know what the hell they’re doing up there. My sister is deceased and I can’t even get her benefits and I have the death certificate -when I inquired about my sisters account and I told him she was deceased, no one at that company said sorry for your loss I had any compassion don’t do business with the small town credit union you will regret it.

It is an alright credit Union but I did close my account due to an issue with overdraft fees that I did not authorize or my account to even be able to be overdrafted whatsoever and made that clear when opening my account.
