Tanya is amazing. I saw her for some hip pain I had been experiencing over several weeks, and after one session I was pain free. She also gave me some exercises to prevent the pain from returning. I highly reccomend Mikheal bodyworks for injuries and/or pain management.
This was my first experience of a remedial massage and I was really impressed. The facility is really well done, such a clever use of a converted warehouse. The room used was lovely, calming and clean. Tanya was super friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. She made me feel really comfortable. The massage was not rough or forceful but focused on targeting the right points and relieving pressure. I woke up feeling a lot more comfortable in my body and posture the following day. Would definitely see Tanya again.
The first time I visited Tanya, my pain level was an 11/10. The pain I experienced was absolutely excruciating, worse than giving birth to my 2 children! I was unable to move my right leg, sit down properly or even stand/walk on my own. It got to a point where I lost my appetite.
