I called them at 10:24 am for a return trip from Washington heights ny Presbyterian hospital. Ok 30- 40 min wait (ok no issue) But when I have to call you back and say I'm still waiting, and then to get a call from the driver to say he will be here in ONE MINUTE ONLY TO BE STILL STANDING IN THE HEAT WAITING CAUSE YOUR DRIVER WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO PUCK UP THE WRONG PERSON SO NOW HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER FIVE MORE MINUTES. HORRIBLE SERVICE IS NOT THE NAME FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
Horrible customer service! The representative answering the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional! They also give false information and i got hung up on every time i asked for his name or to escalate the call to a supervisor to rectify an issue! The part that is disturbing is they service disabled, elderly or people in need of transportation and i can just imagine how they conduct business with how impatient and nasty they are. I highly don’t recommend their service!
