Took the upholstery out of my boat and took everything to them with the understanding they would start on my seats like we scheduled it and was told a month on getting them back. Ended up taking 3 months but the seats looked great. A year later all the thread starts bust in a all the seats. Contacted kevin and he pretty much said "what do you want me to do about it" after spending $3500 on a premium product that didnt last. Boat stayed covered and in a shed. This place once did wonderful, reliable work with a fast turnaround. Unfortunately the business has taken a nosedive in customer service and honesty. Kyle picked up my fabric over a year ago, promising to make slipcovers for eight dining room chairs. He did none of the work, stalled every time I asked about it, and made up excuses why I could not drive down to pick up my fabric since he obviously was not ever planning to actually complete the job. This is a good place to get your seats, arm rests fix. Call ahead about different repairs. Owners a nice person.
