customer service is the worst!!
Customer service is badd ! Then lie about the time on your car
This place once did wonderful, reliable work with a fast turnaround. Unfortunately the business has taken a nosedive in customer service and honesty. Kyle picked up my fabric over a year ago, promising to make slipcovers for eight dining room chairs. He did none of the work, stalled every time I asked about it, and made up excuses why I could not drive down to pick up my fabric since he obviously was not ever planning to actually complete the job.
