(En español tambien) Mike is a very nice guy if you blindly follow his instructions and sign without asking. The moment you ask for information like what the amount of refund is he tries to make you sign before so you are legally forced to continue with him. They literally just took our picture, typed the application(which is online) and made our appointment (online) and charged $160 (no pricing advertised just asked at the end)and nothing was done at all… I still have to take a day off to go into the courthouse and pay a separate processing fee. Had I known the price beforehand I would have just gone directly and saved the price of a whole other passport…

Have been going to Mike for so many years have never had any problems. Great service all the time.
I went for passport photos but i didnt know that this place only accept cash or check only. The guy just gave me a bad attitude.
