Mike is an absolute lifesaver — he graciously rented me a car on Thanksgiving when every major rental company in town was closed. Not only that, he personally dropped off the car to me, and when I returned it, he drove me home. Who does that anymore? Incredible! Mike was actually out of town and technically his business was closed and he still arranged a car for my husband and I. He went above and beyond ….what a super nice guy. We picked up the car with a full tank of gas and started our adventure to Sedona for the day! I would recommend that every person wanting to rent a car in Scottsdale look no further than Mikes Rent A car. He is truly the best! We had a great experience with Mike at Mike's Rent-A-Car in Scottsdale. He made us feel like we were part of his family! He was professional and personable. He even picked us from the airport, which made our trip even better. We would be happy to use his services again if we are ever in the area.
Mike was so easy to work with! I only needed a car for less than 24 hours and he made pick up and payment a breeze. With any other car rental company that would have been a huge headache! We rented a Jeep Wrangler and it was so fun to drive. His prices were more than reasonable and his customer service was great. Highly recommend!
