Incredible! Mike was actually out of town and technically his business was closed and he still arranged a car for my husband and I. He went above and beyond ….what a super nice guy. We picked up the car with a full tank of gas and started our adventure to Sedona for the day! I would recommend that every person wanting to rent a car in Scottsdale look no further than Mikes Rent A car. He is truly the best! We had a great experience with Mike at Mike's Rent-A-Car in Scottsdale. He made us feel like we were part of his family! He was professional and personable. He even picked us from the airport, which made our trip even better. We would be happy to use his services again if we are ever in the area.
Mike was so easy to work with! I only needed a car for less than 24 hours and he made pick up and payment a breeze. With any other car rental company that would have been a huge headache! We rented a Jeep Wrangler and it was so fun to drive. His prices were more than reasonable and his customer service was great. Highly recommend!
Excellent service highly recommend ! Mike was fantastic. The service was amazing from start to finish. The car was spotless and ready to go. Mike was not only professional but also very personable.
