Bakery that isn't worth the hype I have had so many people rave to me about Mikes Pastry. I just don't get it. Their pastries aren't very good. I can get better at my local grocery store. My kids wouldn't even eat the pastries! There is no line in the bakery, so everyone stands and tries to be then next person to be waited on. The store was crowded and it took a long time to get someone to wait on us since there was no line. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Modern instead. Bad change The new canolli's are not as good. After frequenting Mike's for years, its sad they have changed their method of filling canolli's to include less filling. Never should have messed with a good thing. Bring back the old.
