This company is the worst. Had technician Kevin out to service our wood pellet stove insert as it was having trouble exhausting smoke out the chimney. He's either completely incompetent or a dishonest salesman, most likely a combination of both. He told me the blower was broken my pellet stove, that they are too old to service or find parts (not true). He barely even looked at it, never pulled it out, which I can do by myself and I'm not the strongest guy by any means. Quoted me 12k for a new pellet stove or 8k to run a gas ... read more
