My experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Book shelves took twice the estimated time to deliver, had constant issues. After the delivery folks bolted the units together, it was virtually impossible to put the many of the shelves in (about 10 of which had to be further cut in order to fit). All I can say is, I regret the choice..
