**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Jewelry Store in Town – A True Hidden Gem!** If you're looking for a jewelry store that delivers exceptional service, look no further. This family-owned shop is in a league of its own when it comes to customer care—they treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door. Friendly, attentive, and never pushy, their team makes every visit feel special. What really sets Mike's apart is their generosity with time and knowledge. I've stopped in multiple times for advice or simple fixes, and Cindy has a... read more

BEWARE. Do not take your jewelry here for repair !!! I began losing diamonds on my 1.5 year old ring a few days after they sized it. When I brought it back employees were rude and blamed the fact that I have a baby and must do housework. They also said to not come back for more repairs on their work unless I added extra prongs onto the sides of the diamonds, but when I asked how much $ to add prongs they said it was impossible with my style ring…. Had to take it to a new jeweler, turns out they never went and tightened all t... read more

Everyone was very nice and super helpful! I wanted to find parts to make some earrings myself. They were able to get me the materials I needed and even helped show me some of the tricks to putting them all together!

I presumed those were replaced and I would pick up my ring in the same condition it was left, that was not the case. I am now missing NINE stones all over the ring and the lady at the ... read more

I recently took all of my fine jewelry to Mike's to have the pieces appraised for insurance purposes. When I picked up my jewelry, I was pleased with the detailed appraisals along with the sparkling clean jewelry that was returned to me. Since I was in the store, I took advantage of the opportunity to select two new chains for some of my pendants. The owner was very helpful in describing how to get the best value for my dollar. I appreciated the personalized attention and will return to Mike's for future repairs and purcha... read more
