I was looking for a uncommon bike went to mikes bike park extremely poor customer service treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Went to k&g they knew exactly what I wanted and had me a bike by the end of my visit the only bike shop I will shop at from now on. Highly recommend k&G they were knowledgeable friendly patient. I couldn't be more happier
Broke down on MoMBA trails, went to Mike’s Bikes and the very nice lady and the guy there (I completely forgot to ask their name) helped me out with tools and kindness, so I was able to fix my bike. They’re made my brief stay in Dayton a whole lot better, for sure. Highly recommend this shop. Support your local bike shop, they are always there for you!

Dropped in to get my bike tires fixed I figured I’d have to leave my bike and come back in a few days. However, the gentleman welcomed me in and immediately started in working on my bike. Jacob was amazing! Movers were really rough on my Trek and I was worried I would need a full tune up- Jacob put it right up on the rack, tightened a few things and my bike was good as new. Terrific customer service, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for bike repairs!
