Terrible customer service and follow through. Never return phone calls and quotes despite weeks and weeks of contacting them. Their work is beautiful if you can deal with the poor customer service. They don’t stand behind their work either. I had to have something recovered twice because the fabric didn’t hold up and they charged me both times even though they suggested the fabric I should use. I prefer to pay a bit more and receive the good customer service I deserve.
