The staff were friendly and informative though the guy talks fast so everyone needs to listen to the briefing. Golf cart was a great experience!
Unbelievable customer service from both the guys that worked and answered the phone 7/8 & 7/9 I called up with a few questions.. he was informative, patient, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. He went the extra mile over the phone as if it were his business. The other guy giving the pre-instructional “talk” went above and beyond in detail about safety, the island, where to go what to do how to do it, etc. top-tier customer service. Mike was great! We reserved a cart the day before and it was so easy! He is Right off the ferry and he told us a great route to take around the island. Everything went smoothly and the staff was excellent! Golf carts were so fun and our kids loved them! Thank you Mike!
We had an absolutely amazing time ! I asked ahead of time about adding a fifth person who was one 80 lbs . They said no problem. Upon arriving to check out a person started yelling at us telling us we were being irresponsible . Not the person who checked us in but someone new. What a bummer to a great day . Thank you to the first guy we met and shame on the person who ended the day on such a sour note
Great carts, although ours was definitely slower than others we saw leave from the same place and I wasn’t sure why. There is also a 2-hour minimum rental; this was fine for us but it’s good to know ahead of time. Was happy to see they were open in the off-season as a lot of other places on the island didn’t seem to be. It was a perfect way to spend a few hours driving around the island. The GPS tracking function was also helpful to make sure we see the sights we wanted to.
