Went here to buy a bicycle not knowing much about bicycles to begin with. Ross was extremely helpful with providing me with information for a bicycle that would fit my best needs. He went above and beyond and answered every one of my questions I had and even let me test multiple bicycles to see which I liked most. Highly recommend this bike shop and Ross
Bought my Cannondale bike back in 2019. Not disappointed! Mike and Steve were very helpful in assisting me to get the correct bike. Helpful in purchasing accessories too. Are Mike and Steve still at this store?

Ross is a terrific professional. I called all bike shops on Staten Island when I needed to repair my Schwinn e-bike using warranty (shout-out to Schwinn as well for covering all costs!) - and Ross was, hands down, the friendliest and the most thorough - offering perfect communication and patient explanation - for every step and needed parts.
