People were very nice, explained everything really well. The communication and process was excellent.
This morning, I stopped in to have my bike, looked at, and a younger fellow came outside to try and help me. I've had this bike for one year and hadn't ridden it much this year due to scheduling but since I've had my tune up I've noticed the sound I felt to be made Like I was trying to take advantage and almost accusatory in a way that just did it make me feel very right, not sure.If I'll be following up with any tunaps or purchases in this location

We met Amy she works there what wonderful person. I told her that I wasn't buying anything that day maybe not at all. She took the time to explain about the ebike in detail. She also said that all bikes don't leave the store before a full service to make sure everything works well.
