Excellent bike shop with a great inventory of products to choose from. Staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to Sarah who was fabulous during our last purchase of 2 e-bikes.
My Mum broke one of the brake cables on her “walker” … she is 92 in a long term care facility… I called Mike’s Bike Shop, explained the issue, they kindly told me, “Bring it in and we will fix it right away” … as my Mum needs this to be able to get around… took it in ASAP and within 15 minutes they replaced the cable, good as new, and I was on my way back to Mum’s! Best service I ever got anywhere! Very professional and caring personnel ! You are the best! THANK YOU!
