I came twice and visited competitors around town before making my decision. I found your prices were reasonable, competitive and your sales team and manager were both quite helpful and very friendly and approachable during both of my visits.

Connor and the service crew were fantastic! I was traveling through the Moncton area, riding the local trails, when I came in with a broken rear hub bearing. Connor was incredibly helpful—he worked hard to find the right parts and got my hub serviced extremely quickly. Thanks to him, I stayed on the trails with minimal downtime during my trip.
My son had the unfortunate luck of having his bicycle stolen.We were lucky and found out who took it and got the bike back. However, they had started taking it apart and did not put it back together right and drove around with it like that and it ended up messing up the frame Beyond repair. I brought the bike to Mike's bike shop to see if they could fix it and of course they let me know that it was non-repairable.
