My son's bike has been at your shop for over a month now and I know that you said the bike needed a new tire and was on order. I have stopped by the shop several times since and you are always closed. Are you going to be open any time soon or are you closed for the winter? Just wonder what is going on. Also called the shop today, 12-3, and phone just rings and rings. Can you put a message out on a website or get an answering machine to let customers know what is going on? Thanks.
