Actually an honest car repair shop! – I just want to thank the repair shop real quick, they gave my wife home a ride home after her wreck a few weeks ago while I was out of town. They paid the tow bill and helped us out until the other guys insurance finally came out and got involved. They rounded up parts and got it fixed and back to us inside of a week. Last time I had my car at a shop in Raymore, same $ amount of damage and they had it 5 weeks. Mike's is way more on top of it in my opinion and tries to help instead of just taking your money.

Poor customer service. – Very disapointed in the service I recieved there. First, they will lie and tell you it will be done on a set date only to take a week longer. With no excuse other than being busy. They will not call you, you will have to call them. They will not keep you up to date on delays. Very poor.

very thankful for their help top notch service, and the repairs looked better than when i bought it new. don't know who gave them a bad reccomendation but they're high. i wouldn't go any where else.
