Great guy and fair prices. If you can't reach him by phone just stop by.
I took my bike here with a flat tire, got it back with several problems I never had before. Seems to me that he tried to create work for himself.
This appears to be little more than some guy's garage. It may be more than that, but I have to go by outward appearances since I was there at posted hours and the owner was not. There was no response by phone when I called the posted number. If you're passing through, perhaps re-route through Wichita, Salina, Hutchinson, or Great Bend, all three of those cities have professional bike shops.
