This is the second time I’ve worked with Mikell, and once again, he delivered. He’s super responsive, always quick to pick up the phone or reply to emails, and really takes the time to explain all the technical stuff in a way that makes sense. I’ve used Mikell for 3 mortgages and several refinance deals. We recently bought a house and he was able to finance it in about 11 days giving us the edge we needed to get our offer approved, by the seller, with 8 other offers on the table. Amazing! He will work hard to get you the best rate and explain it all along the way. Highly recommend!
