My experience with Mike Wolf at Shaddock Mortgage Company was disappointing. The communication throughout the process felt unprofessional and, at times, dismissive. The tone often came across as if I had no choice but to proceed with them because of the builder incentive, rather than being treated as a customer with options. Piss poor customer service, never do business with anyone that is rude to my fellow veterans! We deserve great service, we did fight even for his freedom and my current brothers and sisters continue to do so.. Do yourself a favor call a real lender, so you can be informed and ensure you get the best product that works for you.
