I will actually only give them half a star. They have an employee named TJ that is trying to run a con, He lied to me told me I would have to pay 310 dollars in cash to have the car picked up to go to the body shop. I have to believe his intent was to pocket the money. He lied about what time they open he became really rude when I felt like the tow was too high. Horrible people not to mention extremely rude. First, I was involved in a motorcycle accident on fri july 24th. Called Sat to find out that were closed. Went to the business first thing Mon morning, July 27th. I knew and expected the 250 dollar tow bill, but was in formed that it was 340, you know the two days they were closed and i couldnt get my bike. Im going to get bike bc ik the parts are worth way more than the tow n storage. So in closing i would not ever recommend these rude ripoffs to move my no neighbors kid tricyc... read more

Was there twice recently, helping a friend remove items from her wrecked vehicle. The employees are very helpful and I appreciate that security escorts people into the area where the vehicles are kept.

There site says 24 hours but they say they close at 4pm to the public Monday through Friday. . Some people can’t get off of work until 4 pm. If you ever get your car towed or need your car towed for any reason doesn’t matter don’t call these people. They are the worse so far I’m new to the area and this is a hell of a welcome.
