They didn't have knowledge regarding all lending products available, we had to google the products and the loan officer In Depoe Bay Oregon asked US to send him the links! The loan officer and later the manager in Vancouver Washington tried to cover his lack of knowledge in an attempt to explain everything away by claiming "these products change and we can't keep up to date on all the changes".
