Mike and his Team are professional, have great communication through the whole transaction process, which is a big one for a RE Agent, and even with challenges that can come along, they always get things done!
I was able to get a better rate than with larger unnamed banks, and Tulio and his teamed worked so hard to get us into our first home on a tight timeline. I felt taken care of every step of the way, and (especially as a first time buyer) never felt lost on what the next step was.
Mike is amazing! His team is amazing! They go above and beyond to help and get the job done!
Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. We were also kept informed of every step along the way. When I had questions, responses were always prompt. We were given a pretty short timeframe to get approved, and I was thrilled the team was able to get it done. This is the fifth time I have purchased a home, the first time using Mike at CrossCountry Mortgage, and it was definitely the best and easiest experience.
Overall the transaction was smooth except the closing documents weren't received until the day before closing when I usually receive them a week prior to closing. I like to review the closing documents with my clints, and due to the delay, I was unable to before the closing table.
