Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. We were also kept informed of every step along the way. When I had questions, responses were always prompt. We were given a pretty short timeframe to get approved, and I was thrilled the team was able to get it done. This is the fifth time I have purchased a home, the first time using Mike at CrossCountry Mortgage, and it was definitely the best and easiest experience.

Overall the transaction was smooth except the closing documents weren't received until the day before closing when I usually receive them a week prior to closing. I like to review the closing documents with my clints, and due to the delay, I was unable to before the closing table.
