Working with Mike was a great experience! I found his art online after searching multiple galleries. I arranged to meet him to review options. We ended up purchasing the print we wanted in metal, something we weren't planning on doing. Customer service has been terrible. I ordered a desktop print for someone to pick up. They had a hard time getting a response to schedule the pick up. Then the print turned up mailed to my house, so I will have to mail it out myself. They don't answer the phone, return messages or answer emails. Nice photographs if you can figure out how to do business with them.
My daughter purchased a photograph as a birthday gift, back in May. It was not received as of August 17th. He has told her that he is sending it out immediately and given her a tracking number. Hopefully the issue has been resolved. Issue has been resolved, and the photo is breathtaking! Definitely worth the wait.
