I was in a lot of hip pain when I first went to Mike. I had the pain for over 3 months every day. It took a few weeks but they got better. I am a triathlete so they would flare up during events or intense training. He would always help. He also changed the positioning of the cleats on my bike shoes which was a tremendous help. He does bike fits and looked at photos of my position on my racing bike. Then he sent me to Pilates saying that is what I needed for the problem. I am no longer in pain. Mike isn't just experienced and knowledgeable, but makes the entire PT process very welcoming. He gave me tons of information, even outside of our session, that has put me on the right track to solving my back problems and getting me back on my bike at full speed.
