After 3 times of going to the rental company I finally got a car. Smells like cigarettes with burn mark in the seat, dents all over the car and there was no antenna on the car

Alicia & Rebecca at the front desk are always so kind, helpful, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I have had to rent vehicles a few times in the past couple months and they have been amazing to work with. I left my coffee mug and they were very thoughtful to keep it aside and return it to me months later. Thank you for being wonderful through my car rental needs!

Had to get my car repaired at the Mike Duman Car Dealership and it was going to be a several days. The customer service lady told me about their rental car business across the street and to let them know my car was getting worked on at the dealership. The Rental Office was extremely helpful and I rented their cheapest car for $20 a day until my vehicle was fixed. Due to the 4th of July holiday there was some delay in getting a part but they were extremely helpful in extending my rental until the part came in. I would definit... read more
