They had cars available and the price was very good. Staff was friendly. one star off because the car smelled like it had been smoked in and was greasy from cleaner.
I wonder if they can read their own hours of operation? For instance, it says 'until 6pm on Monday through Friday,' and yet yesterday, the lady working would not let us rent a car. I am really hoping that she and the company she works for won't miss the thousands of dollars of rentals that would be guaranteed.
After 3 times of going to the rental company I finally got a car. Smells like cigarettes with burn mark in the seat, dents all over the car and there was no antenna on the car
Alicia & Rebecca at the front desk are always so kind, helpful, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I have had to rent vehicles a few times in the past couple months and they have been amazing to work with. I left my coffee mug and they were very thoughtful to keep it aside and return it to me months later. Thank you for being wonderful through my car rental needs!
