We recently had the opportunity to work with Mike while purchasing our new home and it was a great experience. Mike was always available for questions and quick to respond. He would take the time to explain various options, possibilities and make recommendations. We had a great experience with Mike and his team. We requested a better rate than originally quoted, and Mike got our lender to cooperate. We had attached some "improvement" funds to the mortgage, and Mike made that a really simple and convenient process. His team was readily available when we had questions and emailed us regular updates re the mortgage, plus tips and reminders for moving, address change, packing, insurance, utilities etc. Great experience, highly recommended. 👌
