Jim is the best! He cares about helping you. His customer service and likeable personality made our 3 purchases a breeze. I just ask for Jim when I need help.
BUYER BEWARE!!! We were really wanting to support local businesses, however customer service is terrible at Mike's furniture!...They refused to replace or repair 4 month old faulty SAMSUNG washer.(They say they are not responsible for replacements or repairs- and we must deal with main company in Ontario) We definitely won't be going back for any future appliances.... will go to Costco or Home Depot!
Staff and owner's were awesome to deal with. No complaints. Great service!
They don’t offer suggestions, don’t even get up to talk to you. I don’t know if it was because I’m indigenous. Won’t be going back
