Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time homebuyer, he took the time to walk me through each step of the process as well as educate me on the mortgage process as a whole. Communication was also never an issue. Mike went above and beyond to update me and ensure that I never felt out of the loop. I can't recommend Mike enough to be your mortgage broker. His experience and knowledge are simply invaluable.
I was shocked at closing when I saw charges that were never mentioned upfront. Very misleading and frustrating.
He seemed disorganized, kept losing paperwork, and gave conflicting information. I ended up going with another broker.
Mike was hard to reach, and when he did respond, it was vague and unhelpful. The whole process dragged on far longer than expected.
