I've known Mykal since the days at River City Pawn. Was so glad he opened his own shop. One of the nicest guys I know, willing to work with you to help you keep your stuff, not like a lot of shops that are "begging" you to screw up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you're in need of some quick cash!!

I don't beleave mikal talks to you like your beneath him the woman who says that had to have a bad attitude already I talked with him yesterday and the man seems to be very nice explains how it works at the pawn shop an they didn't have my current number an it wasn't a problem if you walk into a business with a attitude expect to get one back that's anywhere all my business will be with mikals jewelry and pawn I know when I was in a Jam mikals helped us without anything but PROFESSIONALISM
all i ask is fairness went in march to layaway item she told me 25$ and same every 2 weeks so i gave them 50 twice after gave them 50$ after 150 paid go in aprill to get item was told layaway was forfitted becauses of lack of contact so ok can get a store credit or something no nothing not even a good discount on anything left after mikal got rude said god bless you and left
I used to love this pawn shop anytime I came in Tina and every other employee are so sweet so gracious and so customer service oriented however each time I go in and Mikal is there he talks to you like you are beneath him he has no customer service skills and he wants to put you out you can't use his rag to wipe off your appliances he says "go home and come back" but he wants to take them in the back to put water on it to clean it off which is not safe because if he messes it up then I would fault him Mikal was a real tool t... read more
