At the moment, I am immersed in my process to obtain permanent residency in Australia. So far, the experience has been correct. I had a call with them and the migration agent, and the interaction was appropriate. They assessed my options and sent me a summary of the conversation with the options and possibilities based on my profile and preferences. So far, the process is going smoothly, and I have no complaints.

Hi, I used Australia Pro for an appeal consultation to assess my chances. Even though I uploaded the letter and my previous visas in the form, when I joined the call, Margot hadn’t even bothered to review my profile. She asked me about the reason and other things she should’ve known if she had read what I uploaded. They weren’t clear about the options available, and they gave me examples of other people, when what I needed was for them to focus on my profile. I paid too much for terrible service. I don’t recommend it.
