Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very disappointing. The customer service is extremely poor. The assistants who answer the calls provide incorrect information and never connect me with the right person who actually has the answers I need. They’ve also taken way too long to handle my paperwork, and I find it unacceptable that they don’t take something as serious and sensitive as an immigration case with the importance it deserves. La abogada Jessica es muy preparada, desde que me explicó todo mi caso, yo sabía que ella sabía lo que hacía. Lamentablemente su equipo no la representa, desde quien atiende el teléfono o quien recibe en la oficina me trataron como una más del montón, sin cortesía, amabilidad o respeto. Lamentablemente decidí prescindir del contrato porque no me sentí a gusto.
La atención fue muy buena y sobre todo la rapidez del trámite. De mi caso me gustó mucho su trabajo gracias por su gran capacifad
