Very disappointed with how my nephew was treated at Miftaah Juniors. The whole situation was handled poorly, and the communication from the administration, especially Principal Mahmud Hussain, was very disappointing. We expected more understanding and better communication when dealing with young children. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this program.
Very disappointed with how my nephew was treated at Miftaah Juniors. The way conflicts were handled and communicated was extremely disappointing, particularly involving the principal, Mahmud Hussain. Parents of young children should be mindful and ask questions about the school’s approach to conflict resolution before enrolling. Based on our experience, I would not recommend it.
I would strongly urge parents to be extremely careful before enrolling their children at Miftah Junior, especially under the leadership of Mahmud Hussain. A close friend’s six-year-old child was involved in an incident at the school, and the way the situation was handled was deeply disturbing.
