Pros: Loans for small businesses and friendly service. Cons: Zero % interest on account balances in most cases. Their security on debit cards is absurdly tight. This would only be a minor inconvenience if not for their poor training of staff in dealing with issues when they arise. I just wasted two hours due to the Lewisburg downtown office not knowing how to permit a transaction I was trying to complete. I had to call the other office to resolve the issue. All of our business banking is done at MBTC. MBTC holds the mortgages they write. They do not sell them off to larger out of town banks. The end result is your money stays in the local economy. Business service has always been top notch and they have always been there to quickly process new loans and restructure older ones. I love the friendly greeting I always get from the staff.
