My account was closed in the divorce process without me knowing and was told it was fine to do such. It created a mess. I also can’t change my checks to my last name until the divorce is final which is months away. I want to bank somewhere that makes me feel like I matter, not invisible. I will stand here and say it’s not alright to treat customers like that. Any woman or man going through a bad divorce should not feel that way.
