I have had no complaints about MidwestOne. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. They answer any questions you may have and if you do run into a problem they go above and beyond whatever they can to help you out. Conveniently located by main stores and business area which makes it easier to do just about everything you need to do in one trip.
Absolutely terrible lately I've had my checking account since I was 16 and used to get treated very well but I'm going to be closing my account very soon with this branch theie system has been messing up my outgoing payments especially my house payment. I look at my account through their online banking app and my payment is in pending or even posted when I have enough funds to make my payment and lately it has been getting kicked back into pending or not even showing at all and then it's out of order because some smaller pay... read more
