I used this bank for purchasing my first home. They closed down the lobby but 2 different bankers had let me in so they could answer my questions, In a reasonable form and time frame. When I go in with more questions and my first payment, the teller refused to let me come in to speak with my loan agent. And said I had to speak on the phone or use the drive thru.
