This place is worthless. We're trying to move our aging mother into a nursing facility and they refused to assist in any way even with a power of attorney in place. Thanks for dragging your feet and making things so difficult in a terrible situation. Good job. Speak to the manager? Who do you think made the decision to delay the trust. This is a really nice bank. The teller was very helpful and polite. I would recommend this bank to people. Nice building and very nice drive up ATM machine.
