It is so hard to get on online banking. Simply Better Banking this is not.
This bank has the worst online banking tools and customer service is awful. All the staff know is what they can't do--not how to help. MidwestOne continues to use American Trusts...Simply Better Banking phrase. They should stop because it is Simply The WORST Banking.
They could apologize for the horrible e transition to American Trust customers. The inability to view and download historical online transactions is deplorable.
