Over priced junk and bad customer service. Came in to look at washer machines and will not return. Better luck at home depo.
Delivery guys are 5 star. However the 1st fridge was broken and the 2nd fridge was so small even though i asked the second sales man for a similar size fridge. I guess he didn't listen to my request.
Thank you Bryan the salesman for making my life easier especially having the appliance in stock. It felt great to know that I won't have to wait for other service man to give me the wrong reasons and not be truthful to fix problems on my appliances. When you purchase from Midwest Appliance they have their own service man to do the maintenance which is a great advantage rather calling outsiders. Buy your appliances locally too. We will be giving you more business.
We love our washer and dryer! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Delivery and setup were fast and easy...we couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Andy and the entire Midwest team!
